- Encouragers can become prideful because everyone appreciates being encouraged.
- Encouragers can have a difficult time being encouraged because it is their job to encourage others.
- Encouragers can be wrongly blamed for encouraging actions that don’t work.
- Encouragers can overlook sin not wanting to discourage, can become people pleasers not wanting to cause backlash or offend, or be misunderstood as endorsing bad behavior.
