Matthew 18:3 – Becoming Like Children
Jesus stated: Matthew 18:3: ““Truly I tell you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” Jesus very literally did this when the Creator of everything became a baby, and lived in subjection to his parents. Becoming like a child means many things but one thing is evident in Jesus’ very real example. We must become vulnerable; let people help us, serve us, and minister to us. And as learned elsewhere we must return the favor with the humility of a child. This is the kingdom of God.
