What do we learn from the Garden of Eden? That Adam and Eve opposed God in feedin’.
God put the tree there to teach good and evil; But “self” sent Paradise into upheaval.
Truth be told, they chose death over life and God; Curses for women in birth and man in sod.
Satan’s deceptive ploys to discard God’s trust; Leads to eyes, flesh, and pride filled with deadly lust.
So don’t reach out for what Satan is feeding; His food is death and the path it is leading.
Eden’s point? Hard to do but easy to say; Disregard what we want, and always obey.
