Galatians – Miscellaneous Thoughts

I keep noticing I am not as scholarly as others. For example, Galatians has been called “The Magna Charta of spiritual emancipation.” That sure sounds more scholarly than my description of Galatians – “The Cliff Notes Version of Romans.”

Galatians is as biographical as Paul’s conversion and ministry in Acts; as personal in his defense of his apostleship as 2 Corinthians; and as doctrinally similar as Romans.
