A Wheelchair Conversation
While I was pushing her wheelchair, I was speaking to an elderly widow in an assisted living facility. She told me that her husband had been an evangelist in Tanzania, plus he was a preacher and an elder a various times at local congregations. I responded, “God needs people like that”. Then I corrected myself, “God doesn’t NEED people like that. God MAKES people like that”.
Challenges:
1. May we always be aware of God’s “grace-gifts” to us.
2. May we always give God the credit for our “grace-gifts”.
3. May we always use God’s “grace-gifts” for His glory.
Romans 12:6 – but having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us:
