Romans 12:9-21 – How To Handle Unkind People
Periodically people will comment about how I handle those who are not kind on Facebook. Here are a few keys: 1) I delete about half of my responses before sending them, so yes I am weak before I am strong; 2) I delete a few of my responses a few minutes after sending them, so I get strong after I am weak; 3) I am more interested in their soul than in their sarcasm; 4) I am more interested in teaching truth than in making a point; 5) I remember others read these posts, besides those not being kind; 6) I pray for them and myself; 7) I am not interested in looking good by making them look bad; 8) I have hope that my not responding in kind but being kind will help them change; 9) I pity them, there is something inside of them that is hurting; 10) I remind myself that God loves me even though I aggravate Him so I must love those who aggravate me. I hope these 10 keys will help others.
