Genesis 2:21-22 – Wedding Ceremony?
Wedding ceremonies often point out that woman did not come out of Adam’s head so that she would rule over him; nor from his feet so that he would run over her; but from his side, close to his heart. Romantic, but maybe not the real reason why. Out of Adam’s side came his bride, and out of the Christ’s side came water and blood by which we are washed, as Christ’s bride.
