3 Ways To Be A Barneybas ‐
When you see someone working all by themselves and they obviously need help, here are three ways to encourage:
1. Offer to watch so they aren’t alone. Even applaud periodically so they know you think they are doing a good job!
2. Offer to volunteer someone else who is not there to help. They will appreciate the sentiment.
3. And one of my favorite ways to is say, “When you get done, let me know if there is anything I can do to help”.
