Why Obey God

God is our:
1) Creator – Therefore he God and knows how we are designed to function (Genesis 1-2).
2) Savior – Therefore he is the Sacrifice and loves us enough to free us from what destroys us (John 3).
3) Ruler – Therefore he is King and in a position we are not that demands respect (Acts 2).
These three are in order of their relation to us personally. First we are created, then we sin, followed by submission to Jesus as our king.
