Campus Evangelism and Questions
Got asked a question about how I am treated when doing Campus Evangelism. So far, I have been treated kindly and fairly. This is the opposite of what is often seen on YouTube because that is for clicks! Then I got asked another question – How do you get them to treat you with respect?
1. I set the ground rules that we should treat each other with respect. If they agree, we can proceed. Of course others hear them make this agreement! Is that sneaky?
2. I do not base my behavior on them, but try to get them to base their behavior from me. If they fail, it will not be because I failed.
Hmmm, maybe I should write a book about how a gentle answer turns away anger. Oh wait, that’s already been done!
