Ephesians 6:4 – You Are A Spiritual Leader
Sometimes we do not anticipate the impact of a little comment. In my sermon on Sunday I made the point that in my PowerPoint presentation I had written – “Parents, especially father, are to be spiritual leaders.” Trying to “de-wordify” my slide I removed “to be.” Then it dawned on me, and I pointed it out to the congregation, that all parents are spiritual leaders. We are either spiritually leading towards God and away from God.
After services, a brother said he especially appreciated that point.
