Poem – The Cupboard Is Not Bare
The cupboard is not bare, When the food is not fare.
“There is nothing to eat,” Means not crunchy or sweet.
Manna many disdained, About grace they complained.
Take care for Daily bread, It’s enough God has said.
A challenge I issue, To me, to all and you.
If we have food to share, Contentment is my dare.
Or else we might well find, To God’s blessings we’re blind.
