1 Peter and Jesus #1 – Revelation

1 Peter and Jesus #1 – There are many hints within this epistle of Peter’s walk with Jesus. For example, the more common word on the 2^nd Coming of Jesus is parousia. Peter however uses apokalupsis which means “revelation” (1:7,13; 4:13, see also 1:5). Then again, in Peter’s personal experience, Jesus was a revelation (Mt.16:17; Acts 11:5).
