Philippians 4:12-13
Before Paul could do all things through Jesus (Phil.4:13), he had to “learn” to do all things through Jesus (Phil.4:12). Learning means failing and succeeding. We like to skip over the failing part. Learning also means difficulties. We like to skip over that part to. Being able to do all things through Jesus is not a slogan that gets us through difficult times. Difficult times help us to learn to do all things through Jesus.
