Stay Off My Lawn!

The Pharisees infamously erected “hedges” around the Law, also known as “fences which protected people from breaking Torah. Jesus called these “traditions”. Truth is we all have man-made rules to protect ourselves from breaking God’s law. One problem is when our “hedge” becomes equal to God’s law. Another problem is when we make others obey our “hedge”. So remember to obey property rights and don’t build your fence or plant your hedge on someone’s property! STAY OFF MY LAWN!
