To fast, pray, read, and meditate,
Put down that satiating plate,
or you will fall fast, fast asleep,
And your soul will hollowness reap.
Fasting needs a clear spirit-mind.
Emptiness inside you will find,
Fills a meaningful double sense,
Wakeful meditating shall dispense.
